Trent joined Badgley Phelps in 2026. He brings with him 25 years of experience in client service and operational roles, with much of his recent career focused on the financial services industry. As Operations Manager, Trent is passionate about providing exceptional associate experiences, recognizing the impact that a positive working environment has on the end client experience.

As a self-described Seahawks and Mariners fanatic, if he’s not too busy cheering on his favorite teams then he’s taking their picture—spending his free time as a sports and landscape photographer. Otherwise, he enjoys spending time with his wife, building Legos with their two boys, and being a cat dad to three Maine Coons.
