Katie joined Badgley Phelps in 2017 as a Research Analyst to further her career in a way that would provide more direct connection with clients. She enjoys the intellectual challenge of researching and recommending stocks, and also finds great satisfaction in seeing those investments help clients achieve their financial goals.

Katie started her career in the marketing department of Touchstone Investments in Cincinnati, OH and later joined Rainier Investment Management in Seattle. During her eight years there, Katie moved from a marketing associate role to an institutional equity research analyst.

Midwest native, Katie lives in the Seattle neighborhood of Maple Leaf with her husband and their two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors with her family, reading, or waterskiing. She also loves cooking comfort food and is fascinated with the housing market and sustainable investing.
