David joined Badgley Phelps in August 2023 as the Director of Business Administration and Compliance. He oversees the business management, finance, and compliance for the firm.

Prior to joining Badgley Phelps, Dave was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with Merriman Wealth Management in Seattle, WA, where he directed all aspects of the firm’s operations, including client service, portfolio and trading, IT, finance, and compliance.
