Before joining Badgley Phelps, Ben built his career in financial services through roles at respected firms. He started at Vanguard as a High-Net-Worth Representative before moving to Charles Schwab, where he spent eight years as a Financial Consultant, guiding clients through key financial decisions. Most recently, he served as the Director of Wealth Management at First Federal Savings Bank, leading strategic initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
A resident of Boise, Idaho, Ben enjoys exploring the foothills on hikes and taking walks with his wife, two young sons, and their dog. An avid golfer, he appreciates the game’s unique blend of self-competition and camaraderie.
