Becky joined Badgley Phelps in August 2023 as the company’s Controller, managing the accounting activities of the organization. Prior to joining Badgley, Becky led corporate financial operations in several industries, including healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing, bringing with her a focus on financial systems, reporting, and process transformation.

Outside of work, you may find Becky cheering on her favorite sports teams, enjoying some live music, or spending time near the water. A native of Eastern Washington, she and her husband have called Issaquah home for over 25 years, having raised their now-grown son there and currently sharing it with their two cats.
