Joining Badgley Phelps in 2026, Payton values the personal side of wealth management and believes meaningful relationships serve as the foundation for thoughtful financial guidance. In practice, Payton enjoys the intellectual challenge of investment research and prioritizes developing a deep understanding of each client’s financial needs, long-term goals, and lifestyle aspirations.

Prior to joining Badgley Phelps, Payton began her career in an associate role before transitioning into a financial advisory position at a boutique firm in Boise, ID. During her collegiate years, she gained valuable experience through internships with Northwestern Mutual and Moss Adams.

Outside the office, Payton enjoys boxing, painting, and cooking. She maintains a strong interest in fashion, the arts, and capital markets, keeping her creative and analytical sides balanced.
