Oscar joined Badgley Phelps in 2024 as a Research Analyst Intern, quickly excelling in his role and earning a full-time position as an Associate Research Analyst in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at Banco Mediolanum and Bio-Therapeutic.

Oscar brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by his background as a student-athlete. He has been involved in gymnastics for over a decade, competing as a senior elite gymnast in Spain and at the collegiate level in the U.S.—an experience that instilled discipline, focus, and resilience. He continues to stay active in the sport and also enjoys tennis, golf, and exploring the outdoors. Whenever possible, he seeks out new experiences through travel, sports, and culture.
