Michelle joined Badgley Phelps as an Associate Wealth Manager, bringing seven years of experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to joining the firm, she spent seven years at Coldstream Wealth Management, where she progressed from a client service associate to a wealth management associate and, most recently, a service team operations manager.

Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on helping clients and teams navigate complexity, solve problems, and move forward with confidence. She values working closely with clients, advisors, and colleagues to provide a thoughtful and highly personalized experience.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys trail running, reading, listening to podcasts, baking, and spending time with friends and family. She can often be found cheering on her son at football and track events or relaxing at home with her two pets, both of whom began as fosters and quickly became permanent members of the family.
